WHAT INFORMATION CAN WE HELP YOU WITH?

1How long does it take for a sponsorship proposal to be completed?
A premium pitch deck can take approximately 1-3 weeks to be completed dependant on how quickly the necessary information required is received. This may also vary depending on Instigo’s current workload.
2How many prospects do you reach out to in the sales process?
This will depend on the package selected. The most basic service package includes 30 hours per month which covers emailing, calling, and pitching.
3How fast do you complete revisions?
Upon receiving a draft of the pitch deck, clients have one (1) week to request a revision. Clients have thirty (30) days to complete the entire revision process. If the project is unable to be completed within thirty (30) days of the first draft, the last approved draft will be sent out as a deliverable. Our goal is to get you your deliverable ASAP but we try our best to accommodate clients who are experiencing minor delays.
4Do I own the copyright of the material when a sponsorship proposal is complete?
Yes! Any materials produced within the project that is delivered within the pitch deck belongs to the client. Source files and design files are not included in the delivery, however, everything within the delivery in the form of a PowerPoint, Google doc or slide belongs to the client.
5Can I make major adjustments to my sponsorship proposal towards the completion of the process?
This is dependent on the type of adjustments needed and when the project needs to be delivered.
6Do you charge for additional sponsorship deck slides after the project has been completed?
Yes.
7What services do you provide in the development of the sponsorship proposal?
We provide graphic design, market research, story and content creation, demonstrational mock ups, custom infographic creation (charts and diagrams), and idea generation.
